In an effort to monitor the effectiveness of our customers' use of Amrita Technologies products, we offer a 'post-implementation' service as part of our ongoing support facilities. The purpose is to review how the users are utilizing the functionality available in the software and to compare the results being achieved to the metrics identified in the project-planning phase of the implementation. Often this audit identifies opportunities for additional training and procedural adjustments. Our team can also provide consulting services to help optimize our customer's use of the applications.
